Job Description

We arrived on site and ran a camera in the drain to see why the customer is having issues with the drains backing up often. We located a problem spot where the drain was broken by another plumbing contractor. We discussed options with the customer and they agreed for us to dig down to the drain and repair the drain. We broke up a small area in the sidewalk and rug down to the problem spot. We replaced the broken pipe and installed an outside clean out for future use if needed. The customer was happy to have the drain fixed properly and having a accessible clean out if needed.
