Job Description

We drained and removed the existing 40 gallon electric water heater from the closet under the stairs. We then installed a new Essency EXR high efficiency on demand electric water heater. We filled the water heater and checked the operation. Everything was working properly with an 80 gallon first hour supply. The customer was happy to have a new energy efficient water heater that will last for years to come.
